🛒 Ordering
How do I place an order on Khadim?❯
Browse products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Select your delivery address and payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation notification once the order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?❯
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our support team as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone if you need to make changes.
Is there a minimum order value?❯
Currently there is no minimum order requirement. However, orders below Rs. 1,000 attract a small delivery fee.
How do I check my order status?❯
Visit My Orders in your account dashboard. Each order shows a live status: Pending → Warehouse → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

What are your delivery areas?❯
We currently deliver across Jhang and surrounding areas. We are actively expanding — more cities coming soon!
How long does delivery take?❯
Standard delivery is completed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified when your rider is on the way.
What is the delivery fee?❯
Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 1,000. A nominal fee of Rs. 50 applies to smaller orders.
Can I track my delivery in real time?❯
Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, you can track your rider's location live from the Khadim app or via the order status page.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?❯
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and EasyPaisa mobile payments. More payment options will be available soon.
Is online payment safe?❯
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.
When will I be charged for my order?❯
For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected at the time of delivery. For EasyPaisa, the charge is processed when you place the order.

What is your return policy?❯
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team with photos of the issue.
How do I request a return?❯
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a pickup.
How long does a refund take?❯
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

How do I create an account?❯
You can sign in instantly using your Google account. No separate registration is required — your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
How do I change my delivery address?❯
Go to My Addresses in your account. You can add, edit, or remove addresses at any time.
How do I change my password?❯
Visit Account → Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.
How do I delete my account?❯
Visit Account → Delete Account and submit a deletion request. Your account will be permanently removed within 7 working days after verification.
📦 Products
Are all products genuine and fresh?❯
Yes. All products are sourced directly from verified suppliers and brands. Freshness and quality are our top priorities.
What if a product is out of stock?❯
Out-of-stock products are not shown on the website. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, our team will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Are the prices the same as in-store?❯
Our online prices are the same or lower than in-store prices. We regularly run online-exclusive deals and discounts.
